If you aren't eating here, what are you even doing with your life. The food is on another level. A whole different plane of existence. Im pretty sure that dhal is from another world, it tastes too good. Your not going to go wrong here. Also the people who run the place are so lovely. If I could rate it 6 stars I would. One of the best food places in East Sussex. Criminally underated.

Lovely local Nepalese restaurant. Friendly service. Interesting combination of food, feels Chinese, and Indian too at the same time. Good prices too.

Overall, it was ok although some aspects we felt were pretty poor. The three sauces that came with the poppadoms were quite unpleasant and didn’t taste fresh at all. The Gurkha rolls and fried dumplings were ok but no more than that. The main courses, were also ok but the pilau rice was just normal basmati rice with the odd orange coloured grain thrown in for affect. The accompanying salads were just awful consisting of just a bit of chopped up iceberg lettuce, one sliver of cucumber and two slivers of carrot. The hosts were pleasant but I’m afraid I won’t be coming back.
